ABBOTTABAD, July 21: Work on six water supply schemes at a cost of Rs4.41 million has been completed in the city. As a result daily 1.2 million gallons of water is being released to the citizens by the tehsil municipal administration.This was stated by Naeema Nisar Ahmed, PPP MPA, while addressing a press conference here on Thursday.Ms Naeema Nisar said water supply schemes were completed at Nawan Sher, Naran, Dhobi Ghat, Stoney Jeheel and PMA Kakul. She added a new tube-well was being installed at PMA Kakul, two tube-wells were repaired with Rs1 million at Naran, damaged water supply line was repaired at Dhobi Ghat and two new tube-wells were constructed at Naran. —
